This research aims to describe the level of Health Literacy and the factors that influence Self Care among Mothers at Posyandu Anggrek 1. This research uses qualitative research methods in order to obtain natural research results in accordance with actual conditions. Data was obtained using data collection methods using interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The research results found that the description of health literacy among mothers at Posyandu Anggrek 1 is still quite low, which is assessed based on the ability to search for, understand and implement health information regarding Self Care which consists of nurses and personal hygiene, description of quality time spent on oneself, and as well as knowledge and application of proper nutrition for the body. Apart from that, it was also found that there are several factors that can influence the health literacy of mothers at Posyandu Anggrek 1, namely the educational background factor, the ability to understand messages, the role of posyandu cadres, and also work background factors which are directly correlated with the mother's health literacy level. regarding Self Care for Mothers at Posyandu Anggrek 1.
