PENGARUH DEWAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN, KOMITE AUDIT PEREMPUAN , LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Basic Material Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2022)

This study aims to examine the effect of independent board of commissioners, female audit committee, leverage, profitability, and company size on company value in basic material companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. The sample used was 60 companies using purposive sampling. Data was processed using the Eviews 13 application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that independent board of commissioners and profitability have a positive effect on company value. Furthermore, female audit committee and leverage have no effect on company value. Finally, company size has a negative effect on company value.
