Abstract
The development of financial technology (fintech) has driven the increased use of digital wallets in Indonesia, including the DANA application. However, challenges remain in improving users’ financial literacy. This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, usefulness, and security on financial literacy comprehension, with user satisfaction as a mediating variable among DANA application users. The research employs a quantitative method, collecting data through an online questionnaire. Data from 100 respondents were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The findings indicate that ease of use, usefulness, and security have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction, which in turn mediates their relationship with financial literacy comprehension. This means that the easier to use, more beneficial, and more secure the DANA application is, the more satisfied users will be, ultimately enhancing their financial literacy. These findings provide insights for digital wallet developers to continually improve features that enhance user satisfaction and financial literacy.
