Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style on performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. A sample of 78 was carried out using saturated sampling. Path analysis technique and sobel test. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation is able to mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance UPTD Puskesmas Buer, Sumbawa.
