Abstract

Service design is a key factor in ensuring success in winning the
competition. Service design covers various aspects, from customer experience to operational efficiency, all aimed at creating added value for customers and health clinics. There are 40 private health clinics in Lamongan City. Health clinics in Lamongan City have different service packages, this underlies a consumer's need for what kind of service package at the clinic they visit. In solving this problem, a method is needed that can provide a decision to choose the best health clinic service package. This research method uses the AHP method. This study aims to determine the criteria, sub-criteria of which service packages are prioritized for health clinics in Lamongan City and determine the best health clinic in Lamongan City
