Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational activity on students' self-concept. This study is a causal associative study (relationship) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were student administrators of the Muhammadiyah University of Malang for the period 2024-2025. The sampling of this study used a Non Probability Sampling technique with a Purposive Sampling technique using the Isaac and Michael table with an error rate of 5% so that the number of respondents was 36 students representing each student activity unit. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of organizational activity on the self-concept of students who are administrators of student activity units at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang with the results of the t-test with a Sig. value of 0.001 <0.05 or t count> t table, namely 5.199> 1.688, it can be concluded that the independent variable, namely organizational activity, has a significant influence on the self-concept variable.
