PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN GROWTH OPPORTUNITY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI (Studi Empiris : Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di BEI)

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value, with growth opportunity as a moderating variable, in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data obtained through documentation techniques. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 81 companies. Multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) were used to analyze the data. The results show that profitability affects firm value, and liquidity also affects firm value. However, the moderating variable, growth opportunity, only moderates the relationship between liquidity and firm value.
