ANALISIS DISKURSUS PROGRAM TJSL NON PUMK DALAM PILAR SOSIAL UNTUK MEMANIFESTASIKAN SDG’S (STUDI PADA PT PETROKIMIA GRESIK)

The purpose of this research is to identify the Non PUMK CSR program that supports SDG's and identify the Social Pillar Non PUMK CSR program that has been planned whether it has been realized. PT Petrokimia Gresik is the object of this research. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, stating a factual description in accordance with existing data. Primary data is used as the main data source, in the form of interview results and secondary data as an additional data source, in the form of Program Realization Reports. The result of this research shows that PT Petrokimia Gresik's Non PUMK Social Pillar TJSL Program in 2023 has been fully implemented, although there are still some challenges caused by the community itself and PT Petrokimia Gresik in achieving sustainable development targets. The challenge itself is caused by things that cannot be controlled, which results in not maximizing the program even though the implementation is running.
