ANALISA CREATING SHARED VALUE PT PETROKIMIA GRESIK MELALUI PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT SEKITAR INDUSTRI (PERMAISURI)

PT Petrokimia Gresik participated in creating a program with the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV) through the Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Sekitar Industri (Permaisuri) program with the aim of empowering vulnerable groups, namely women and people with disabilities, to sew advanced cloth. A program with a CSV concept is a program that provides opportunities to create economic value in harmony with social benefits. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of CSV and analyze its supporting impact Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with an interpretive paradigm approach. The results of this analysis show that the implementation of CSV through the Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Sekitar Industri (Permaisuri) program provides benefits for KSM Permaisuri Hebat, namely opening up employment opportunities for 13 beneficiaries, as well as increasing income in the range of IDR 500,000 per person per month depending on the number of stitches. This program also provides benefits for companies in the form of Majun cloth at lower prices with good quality and a guaranteed supply of Majun cloth. Apart from that, this program also provides benefits for the Tunas Harapan Cooperative, namely getting a profit from every order of advanced cloth. This program can strengthen relations between companies and the community. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Sekitar Industri (Permaisuri), the implementation of CSV, has an impact on society and companies and this program supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) goals 8 and 4.
