Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa through the implementation of Key Performance Indicators to achieve performance effectiveness. Work discipline is an important aspect that affects productivity and efficiency in the organization. The methods used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data from employees in the production division, especially the subdivision of raw materials and leftover production management. The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model is applied to assess the effectiveness of KPI programs in improving work discipline. The results of the study show that the implementation of KPIs significantly improves employee discipline and performance. Employees become more aware of the importance of following a predetermined workflow, which has a positive impact on the quality and quantity of work output. In addition, management can easily evaluate employee performance and make decisions based on the data obtained. This research provides valuable insights for companies in an effort to improve the effectiveness of employee performance, as well as recommending the development of more specific KPIs and work discipline efforts to achieve company goals in a better way.
