Abstract

Dino Night Run is an annual event held at Jawa Timur Park 3. This case study examines the effectiveness of the crisis communication strategy used by Jawa Timur Park 3 during the 2024 Dino Night Run event using the context, input, process, and product methods. This research aims to understand how the crisis communication strategy in this event affected the reputation and productivity of Jawa Timur Park 3 after the crisis. The findings in the study show that while the crisis communication strategies implemented were generally effective, there is still significant room for evaluation and improvement. The implications of this research extend beyond Jawa Timur Park 3, to provide learning insights for the wider tourism industry in developing a comprehensive crisis communication plan.
