This study aims to determine the Relationship Between Social Communication and Learning Activeness of Students from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) at the Malang College of Administrative Sciences (STIA). Group communication is a process in which group members share information, ideas, and feelings to achieve common goals. The dynamics and effectiveness of group communication greatly affect the productivity, satisfaction, and success of the group in achieving its goals.

The research method used is a quantitative approach. with data collection through questionnaires distributed to NTT students of the 2023 class of health recording and information study programs. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test with a calculated r value of 0.832> r table 0.238, which means that there is a significant relationship between social communication and student learning activity.
