Abstract
This study aims to develop and analyze the information system for installing and reporting internet interference in PT. Garuda Media Telematika uses a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The proposed system aims to automate manual processes such as customer management, service installation, and outage reporting, which have been done inefficiently. The development process includes needs analysis, modeling with Unified Modeling Language (UML), to system evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The evaluation results showed a SUS score of 80.58, which indicates that the system is user-friendly and meets user needs. The system is designed to be mobile-based to integrate critical business processes into a digital platform, thereby improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. . In addition, this research also highlights the importance of strengthening the privacy and security elements of customer data as an effort to protect information in accordance with applicable regulations. With the application of the UCD method, this research has succeeded in producing relevant system designs, supporting the improvement of the company's operational productivity, and becoming the basis for further development in the future.
