Abstract

This research aims to analyze and learn how business planning to formulate a strategy of business development of the makana “pendowo” business in Makassar using four aspects of the business plan namely marketing aspects, operational aspects human resources, and financial aspects. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods with types of case study research, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, surveys, and documentation. The conclusion of this research is to use SWOT analysis, using STP strategy and marketing mix, where of the results of NPV, PP, and IRR Food Enterprises Bakso Pendowo is worthy to run.
