IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM JEMPUT BOLA LAYANAN KELOMPOK RENTAN (JEMPOL KEREN) DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK

The demands of the community to fulfill their needs require the government to be able to provide good and excellent services. Therefore, a government commitment is needed to improve the quality of public service delivery to the community by innovating.
The Population and Civil Registration Office of Trenggalek Regency launched a program, namely Jemput Bola Vulnerable Group Services (Jempol Keren) to make access to services easily accessible, free of charge, and provide certainty of resident identity and ownership of population documents in Trenggalek Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Jemput Bola Program for Vulnerable Group Services (Jempol Keren) of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Trenggalek Regency.
The theory used in this research is George C. Edward III which has four elements, namely: communication, human resources, bureaucratic structure and disposition. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with descriptive research types, so that the explanations presented in this study can be conveyed properly. With data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Trenggalek Regency.
