Abstract
This study discusses the efforts to resolve defaults in People's Business Credit at Bank BNI Malang Branch. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of the provision of People's Business Credit and Efforts to Resolve Defaults. The research method used is the empirical legal research
method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the provision of KUR Bank BNI Malang Branch is in accordance with the regulations with OJK number 42 / POJK.03 / 2017. Meanwhile, for Bank BNI's efforts to resolve defaults using the Non-Litigation settlement process first, and switching to litigation if the
non-litigation process fails, it is also appropriate. However, according to the author in this study, settlement efforts should be maximized again in terms of NonLitigation. according to the author, non-litigation settlement efforts have not been optimally implemented, due to ineffective communication during the dispute resolution process between Customers and Bank BNI. The researcher's suggestion is that Bank BNI needs to study more deeply the Customer's ability to apply for Credit so that there are not too many disputes and evaluations of the settlement of Credit agreements, especially in the Non-Litigation process
