The implementation of E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) is a new thing in traffic law enforcement in Indonesia. As a new thing, E-TLE continues to experience improvements and refinements. Moreover, E-TLE is developed in the existing road traffic law regime, so it is certain that there is an intersection with other legal aspects in road traffic law enforcement. The study tries to see the protection of vehicle owners whose vehicles are used in traffic violations in E-TLE-based E-Tilang in the digital era of road traffic law in force in Indonesia responding to E-TLE as a new mechanism in road traffic law enforcement.
