Abstract
This research aims to determine the level of job satisfaction, transformational leadership style and work motivation and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Rejoso Manis Indo Raw House & Refinery Department with a total sample of 96 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a total sample method. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) assisted by SPSS software. The results of this research show that the Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Work motivation moderates the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Job Satisfaction.
