Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of work discipline, work motivation
and work environment on employee performance. The method in this research uses quantitative methods, data analysis techniques in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples used was 30 respondents who were all employees of CV Putra Swadaya Malang. The results of this research show that work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
