Evaluasi Usability Aplikasi Dengan Menggunakan Metode Usability Testing (Studi Kasus: Aplikasi Bsb Reload)

Providing the BSB Reload mobile application functions to top up credit, quota, top up games, payments, etc. To find out whether a product's performance has failed or succeeded, it can be seen from the user interface. So that this application can function more optimally and maximally, it is necessary to evaluate the user interface periodically. The method used in this research to analyze the user interface is Usability Testing. Data was collected from respondents using the SUS (system usability scale) or Satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness questionnaire to redesign and improve user problems in the application. In the SUS questionnaire there are four aspects of usability contained in 10 statements which are measured using seven Likert scales. In the research, an initial evaluation was carried out to see the level of usability, then the data obtained was used to create a new interface recommendation design. Then a final evaluation was carried out to measure the level of usability of the interface recommendation design that had been created. The results of the research obtained an effectiveness value of 0.85%, efficiency of 0.01 goal/sec SUS or Satisfaction of 80.75 with an Adjective (Excelent) with a Grade rating of B. This it can be concluded that the BSB Reload application is acceptable (Acceptable) with a Grade rating B.
