Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PT. Indra Eramulti Logam Industri, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method, involving all 35 employees in the production division as the sample (total sampling). Data collection was conducted via questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that organizational culture positively and significantly affects OCB, indicating that stronger organizational culture enhances employees' OCB. Organizational culture also positively influences job satisfaction, demonstrating that a stronger culture increases employee satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction positively impacts OCB, suggesting that higher job satisfaction leads to improved OCB. Job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational culture on OCB, meaning organizational culture influences OCB both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction.
