OPTIMALISASI SUPPLY CHAIN PADA SALES AREA JATIM 1 PT INDOTAMA SERAYA ARTHA

This research aims to determine the most efficient strategy for goods distribution and the factors causing delivery delays in the Sales Area Jatim 1 PT Indotama Seraya Artha. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from Sales Employees, Drivers, and Customers. The company implemented strategic measures, including ensuring the availability of goods before delivery and improving communication between teams. One of the main strategies is grouping shipments by area, as well as implementing fixed routes using the Saving Matrix and Nearest Neighbor methods. The analysis results show a distance savings of 37.03% (436.3 km) and a reduction in distribution costs of Rp 15,846,567 or 30.7%. The application of these two methods has proven effective in improving distribution efficiency and reducing logistics costs.
