Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and work-life balance on job satisfaction in employees at Sengkaling Recreational Park Malang partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample was determined using the saturated sampling method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 94 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses a multiple linear regression test with the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that workload has a significant effect on job satisfaction and work-life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results were simultaneously known that workload and work-life balance had a significant effect on job satisfaction in employees at Sengkaling Recreational Park Malang, meaning that a good workload and high work-life balance were able to increase job satisfaction.
