Long-Distance Relationship, namely a long-distance relationship with partners who are separated by distance so that there is no physical proximity for a certain time which causes frequent miscommunication between the two parties. This study aims to examine and analyze forms of interpersonal conflict resolution in long-distance courting couples and the impacts arising from interpersonal conflict. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a constructivist paradigm. The results of the research are in undergoing long-distance relationships. there are always consequences that must be faced by a pair of individuals. Where the consequences will be difficult, and communication is needed. Communication is very important in living a relationship, whether it's dating, friendship, husband and wife. Because communication is a factor in the emergence of conflict besides jealousy. And if conflicts often occur in a relationship, then use the best possible strategy. The interpersonal conflict management strategies that the writer found in interviews are win-lose, win-win, avoidance and fighting strategies. Verbal Aggressiveness and Argumentativeness Force and Talk strategies. Meanwhile, the impact of interpersonal conflict when undergoing a long-distance relationship (LDR) is that informants feel more able to understand and understand each other. In undergoing an LDR relationship, couples can take steps to maintain open and honest communication, set realistic expectations, manage conflict well, schedule face-to-face meetings, support each other's success, and manage personal life in a balanced way. In addition, for further research, it is recommended to review relevant literature, perform accurate data processing and analysis, discuss findings comprehensively, and limit research limitations.
