Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the impact of perceived ease of use, security, and risk on the intention to use ShopeePay among Generation Z in Malang City. The population for this research consists of 100 Generation Z consumers in Malang City who use ShopeePay. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The study's findings indicate that the intention to use ShopeePay among Generation Z in Malang City is influenced by perceptions of ease of use, such as ease of becoming proficient, ease of operation, flexibility, clarity, and simplicity of interaction. Additionally, the intention to use ShopeePay is influenced by security factors related to service, platform, network, and device. Furthermore, the intention to use ShopeePay is affected by perceived risks, including uncertainty, benefit risk, quality risk, and failure risk.
