Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and communication on employee performance in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Agency and the Regional Tax Implementation Unit (UPTB UPPD) Raba Bima. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is 50 which includes all employees. The sample used in this study was as many as 50 people, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that the leadership style in the category is very good, the organizational culture in the category is very strong, the communication is very good, and the performance of employees in the category is very high. Where the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and communication each have a significant effect on employee performance. Among the three variables, organizational culture has a dominant influence on employee performance. This research reveals the importance of implementing effective leadership styles, strong organizational culture, and good communication in improving employee performance. This finding is expected to be a guide for organization managers in developing strategies to improve employee performance.
