Abstract
This study aims to determine how employee performance, perception organizational support and self efficacy, the influence of perception organizational support on employee performance, the influence of self efficacy on employee performance, and the influence of perception organizational support and self efficacy on employee performance. This study was conducted on CV Daun Mas employees totaling 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis method used multiple linear using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the variable Perception Organizational Support has a sufficient category, Self Efficacy has a high category, and Employee Performance has a high category. The results of this study indicate that Perception Organizational Support has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Self Efficacy has a significant effect on Employee Performance.
