Abstract
In the Pasuruan District Livestock and Food Security Office, unfortunately, these processes have been carried out manually, consuming not only valuable time but also having limited access, potential risks of data loss, and human errors that can disrupt efficiency. To address these challenges, this research applies the Lean UX method in designing the SILAGITANAWA application (Livestock and Animal Health Digital Service and Data System) with the aim of modernizing and automating these processes. The research results show that the use of the Lean UX method helps in producing an efficient and effective application prototype in a relatively short time. This is achieved through a discussion process involving stakeholders in determining needs and goals, as well as the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that can be promptly evaluated by users. Evaluation is carried out through the System Usability Scale (SUS), yielding "Good" and "Excellent" ratings with a score of 85.43. This confirms that the application's user interface meets acceptance standards and user needs. The main result of this research is the development of the SILAGITANAWA application prototype that can automate and facilitate the management of animal data, recording, and daily animal reports, as well as providing relevant animal health information. Thus, this application offers a potential solution for more efficient and reliable animal data management. Additionally, this research lays the foundation for future studies that can expand this application, explore alternative evaluation methods, and measure user experience more comprehensively. Overall, this research integrates Lean UX with essential needs in animal management and food security.
