Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews with teachers of grade IV SDN Pandeman 1 Arjasa Sumenep, it was found that in grade IV of the school that had implemented the independent curriculum, students still had difficulty in understanding the learning. This is because the level of ability of students varies. In the statement, the educator explained that there were changes and adaptations to the curriculum that made educators not yet utilize many teaching materials and media in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to develop a learning media for the Kumbuhan QR CODE Comic for science learning for grade IV SDN Pandeman 1 Arjasa Sumenep.

This development research uses the ADDIE model which has 5 stages, namely analysis (analyse) the analysis stage is the stage of collecting information that can be used as material for media products, design (design) this stage makes it easier for researchers to design the media to be created, development (development) at this stage the researcher realizes what was designed to become a media product, implementation (implementation) after the product has been validated by two experts, namely media experts and product material experts will be tested, and evaluation (evaluation) this stage is carried out to give value to the learning program. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data analysis with the aim of finding out how the development of the QR CODE Plant Comic media in science learning for Class IV SDN Pandeman 1 Arjasa Sumenep.

The development of the QR CODE Plant Comic media obtained a material validation result of 90% and a media validation result of 79%. The results of the material and media validation have been included in the category of very feasible to be implemented. Meanwhile, the student response questionnaire obtained a value of 94% which was stated as very interesting. This can be interpreted that the development of the QR CODE Plant comic learning media can attract the attention of students so that they are more active in participating in learning.
