This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data obtained through primary and secondary sources such as observation, documentation, and interviews. The purposive sampling technique used by researchers in determining research subjects. Furthermore, the data analysis technique uses case study analysis which includes three stages, pattern matching, making expansions and time series.
