PERANCANGAN UI/UX PADA SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN PUSKESMAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING (STUDI KASUS PUSKESMAS KANDANGAN, KEDIRI, JAWA TIMUR)

The Community Health Center or commonly called (Puskesmas) is one of the government agencies that handles Health, in its implementation the Kandangan Health Center faces problems when handling immunization in the Kandangan area. Therefore, the author designed a queue booking prototype to solve the problems experienced by the Kandangan Health Center. In his research, the author used a design thinking approach to overcome user problems and also the usability testing method and System Usability Scale (SUS) for testing, which will involve ten respondents. With an empathy approach process by the Health Center and the community. Based on these findings, the author recommends a solution design in the form of a prototype with a final value for usability testing of 76.5 getting a grade 'B' with a good category.
