Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality on the decision to use the LinkAja digital wallet, with trust as a mediating variable. The research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires. The population comprises students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, with a sample of 100 students selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the path analysis method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results reveal that service quality significantly influences the decision to use. However, trust does not significantly affect the decision to use. Moreover, service quality significantly influences trust but does not significantly impact the decision to use when trust acts as a mediating variable.
