Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Retjeh Kopi Mojokerto shop. The analysis model used is Multiple Linear Regression which is processed using the SPSS version 29 application program. Data is collected using a questionnaire that has been filled in by consumers of the Retjeh Kopi Mojokerto shop. This analysis includes: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test via T Test. The population in this research is consumers of the Mojokerto Retjeh Kopi shop. At the time of this research, 118 respondents were used as consumers of the Retjeh Kopi Mojokerto shop. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that service quality, product quality, price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Retjeh Kopi Mojokerto shop.
