Abstract
This study aims to describe the conditions of workload, job satisfaction and turnover intention, analyze the effect of workload on turnover intention, analyze the effect of workload on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, analyze the mediation role of job satisfaction on the effect of workload on turnover intention. The population in this study were employees of PT. Alif Persada with a total of 62 employees using total sampling technique. The method used is path analysis with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of workload on turnover intention.
