ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of work culture on employee performance with work ethic as a moderating variable. The sample in this research was all 60 employees of the Customs and Excise Office in Nunukan Regency. This research uses survey methods and takes samples from the population using questionnaires and interviews. The research results have a significant effect on employee performance, meaning that a good work culture will improve employee performance and also proves that the existence of work ethic as a moderating variable can strengthen the influence of work culture on employee performance at the District Customs and Excise Office. Nunukan, meaning that employees who have a good work ethic are able to improve work culture so that there is an increase in employee performance.
