Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are a type of business conducted by individuals and have an income of around 200 million rupiah. SMEs are able to absorb labor, increase people's income, and reduce poverty. This study aims to determine how financial literacy and the use of digital payments affect SME performance. Quantitative methods were used, with data collected through questionnaires and multiple linear regression data analysis used. In addition, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination calculations were conducted using SPSS 27. The research sample consisted of 70 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that produce batik in Denpasar, western Bali. Sampling was done by saturated sampling method. The results showed that factors related to financial literacy and the use of digital payments have a positive and significant impact on SME performance.
