Abstract
The purpose of the research is to describe the conditions of job insecurity, burnout syndrome and turnover intention, analyze the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, analyze the effect of burnout syndrome on turnover intention and analyze which of job insecurity and burnout syndrome is dominant on turnover intention. The population in this study were employees of PT Dharma Guna Wibawa with a total of 82 employees, the sample used was 82 respondents using the total sampling technique. The research method used multiple linear regression analysis and scale range with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity received high responses, burnout syndrome received high responses and turnover intention received high responses, job insecurity had a significant positive effect on turnover intention, burnout syndrome had a significant positive effect on turnover intention and burnout syndrome has a stronger influence on turnover intention than job insecurity.
