SISTEM PENGELOLAAN KLAIM ASURANSI MIKRO KECELAKAAN KESEHATAN MENINGGAL DUNIA (AMKKM) BRILIFE PADA PT BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK UNIT WENDIT

This final assignment discusses "BRILife Accident Health Death Micro Insurance Claim Management System (AMKKM) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk Wendit Unit". An insurance claim is a form of request for compensation submitted by a customer to the insurance company, and the management process requires an in-depth understanding of the applicable provisions and procedures. This writing aims to describe the claim procedures and claim payment procedures for death health accident microinsurance implemented by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Wendit Unit. Based on field observations, several obstacles were found in the claims process, such as incomplete customer documents and the Brisuft system experiencing technical problems. Solutions include optimizing customer service, improving digital data management systems. It is hoped that this writing can contribute to BRI in increasing the effectiveness of insurance claims management, providing convenience for customers, and becoming a reference for the development of microinsurance in the future.
