Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and situational leadership style on organizational commitment. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of UMKM Klayatan Malang City. The sample in this study was all employees of UMKM Klayatan Malang City as many as 73 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was the range of scales and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study are that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, situational leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work life balance variables and situational leadership style have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
