Method : Retrospective observational study with descriptive method in epilepsy patients at Regional Public Hospital dr. Iskak Tulungagung.
Result and Conclusion : The results of study from 64 patients showed single therapy was 44 patients (47%), 2 combinations were 30 patients (32%), 3 combinations were 17 patients (18%) and 4 combinations were 3 patients (3%). The most common single use was valproic acid tablet(2x250mg)po in 17 patients (39%), 2 combinations of valproic acid syrup (2x250mg)po with phenytoin (2x50mg)po in 3 patients (10%), 3 combinations of valproic acid tablet(2x250mg)po with phenytoin (3x100mg)po with Clobazam (1x10mg)po in 3 patients (18%).
