Abstract
This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Work Loyalty as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach with a sample size of 38 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results show that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Loyalty also significantly affects Employee Performance. Additionally, the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance can be mediated by Work Loyalty.
