Abstract
The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of students' self-efficacy, adversity quotient, and soft skills on work readiness. Students in the University of Muhammadiyah Malang's Class of 2020 Management Study Program made up the study's population. A sample drawn using the Slovin formula method with a basic random side yielded 86 responses. Multiple linear regression analysis is done using SPSS 26 in this method. The study's findings indicate that while the adversity quotient has a positive and insignificant influence on work readiness that is, it has no effect on students' readiness for the workforce, skills have a large positive effect on job readiness. Work readiness is significantly improved by self-efficacy. For students enrolled in the University of Muhammadiyah Malang's 2020 management study program, self-efficacy has a stronger influence on work readiness.
