KONSEP KELUARGA SAKINAH AKIBAT PEMBERIAN DISPENSASI PERKAWINAN (Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Lamongan)

The research entitled the Concept of the Sakinah Family as a Result of the Granting of Marriage Dispensastion aims to analyze the concept of the sakinah family according to married couples as a result of the granting of marriage dispensation in Lamongan Regency. By using direct research methods in the field, so that the main data source is obtained by conducting research directly in the field and describing it. The attention to this title is motivated by the high number of young marriages or early marriages that occur in Lamongan Regency, so that these marriages must obtain marriage dispensation at the local Religious Court. So with the high rate of early marriage in Lamongan Regency, many household of family couples are motivated by early marriage or early marriage. The subjects of this research were young married couples as a result of the marriage dispensation given since 2019, because in that year, the law regarding the age limit for marriage was implemented, namely 19 years for both men and women. From this brief presentation, the researcher aims to find out each person’s understanding regarding the concept of the sakinah family and effort to form a sakinah familu. In general, understanding of the concept of family has relatively the same understanding. However, differences in views or understanding by married couples due to the provision of marrieage dispensastion in Lamongan Regency are related to the efforts that can be made to form a varied a sakinah family.
