Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the global oil market, especially in the Middle East region, which is the center of world energy production. Saudi Aramco, as the world's largest oil company, has a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the oil market in the region. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Saudi Aramco in maintaining the stability of the oil market in the Middle East after the COVID-19 pandemic. By adopting the perspective of Porter's competitive advantage theory, this study will examine how Saudi Aramco's competitive advantages in terms of large oil reserves, low production costs, and brand strength have enabled it to influence the dynamics of the global oil market. In addition, this study will also evaluate the business strategies implemented by Saudi Aramco to face post-pandemic challenges, as well as their implications for oil price stability in the Middle East region. It was found that Aramco also plays a role in maintaining oil price stability through flexible and adaptive production policies to dynamic market conditions. Aramco not only supports the stability of Saudi Arabia's domestic economy but also contributes to global economic stability amid geopolitical challenges and energy transitions. which are flexible and adaptive to dynamic market conditions.
