Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of quality of work life and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Indolakto Purwosari. The sample in this research consists of 40 checker employees. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques employed include range scale and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that quality of work life significantly affects employee job satisfaction, compensation significantly affects employee job satisfaction, quality of work life and compensation have a significantly affects on employee job satisfaction, and compensation being the most influential variable affecting employee job satisfaction.
