Abstract

Madrasah e-learning is a free online learning system designed by the Directorate of Institutional and Student Facilities Curriculum (KSKK), Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENAG). One of the users of this e-learning is teachers and students at MTsN 1 Blitar Regency. This prompted researchers to measure user satisfaction with Madrasah E-learning. This study uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method by Doll and Torkzadeh. By distributing questionnaires to 22 teachers and 238 students who have experience using Madrasah E-learning for at least 1 year. Data from the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. Researchers build 5 hypotheses to be tested. From the two groups of respondents each has an influence on user satisfaction. Content and accuracy have no effect on user satisfaction, format and timeliness have an effect on user satisfaction, and timelines have an effect on teacher perception satisfaction, and timelines have no effect on student satisfaction perceptions. And it was found that simultaneously or together the five variables from EUCS had a significant effect on user satisfaction.
