Abstract
This research aims to explain and define Generation Z's views on 2024 Election issues circulating on social media. Gen Z, which consists of individuals born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, are potential voters who will participate in the 2024 elections. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach to understand Gen Z's views on election issues. 2024. In the context of the 2024 Election, Gen Z emphasizes the importance of critically evaluating candidates and political parties, taking into account factors such as vision and mission, performance and integrity. They also show concern for issues such as corruption, social and welfare. Despite having concerns about political dynasties, Gen Z tends to be pragmatic and places more importance on government performance and transparency. They also support the principle of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in leadership, emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusiveness. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of Gen Z's views on political issues and their implications for the future of Indonesian democracy. However, this research also has limitations, such as the focus on the short-term impacts of social media and the lack of concrete solutions to address the problems identified. Further research is needed to explore long-term impacts and provide more comprehensive recommendations.
