Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of PT Yakult Indonesia Persada's CSR program in empowering women, namely Yakult Lady. The women's empowerment program (Yakult Lady) in Malang itself has been around since 2016 and is only aimed at housewives. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews. The data collected are the results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers with PT Yakult Indonesia Persada, Singsari District and Yakult Lady. The results showed that PT Yakult Indonesia Persada has a CSR program to empower women precisely in Malang since 2016. The program is Yakult Lady by empowering housewives with a minimum age of 25 years. Housewives who are members of the program before going to the field are equipped with training that has been provided by the company for 4 weeks. One of the main achievements of the Yakult Lady women's empowerment program by PT Yakult Indonesia Persada is the improvement of the economic welfare of women, especially housewives by providing employment opportunities to them so that they can contribute to the family economy in meeting secondary and primary needs.
