Abstract

Based on the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulations number 269 of 2008andnumber 24 of 2022, every doctor is required to create medical records, includinginelectronic form. The practice of Dr. Najmi, as a primary healthcare facility, has not yet
implemented electronic medical records, which poses a risk of sanctions. This study aimstodevelop an electronic medical record system for Dr. Najmi's practice using the Personal
Extreme Programming (PXP) methodology, chosen for its flexibility and speed in softwaredevelopment by a single developer. This study refers to previous successful researchusingthe PXP methodology in system development. The results of this study provide a descriptionof the system as a solution for Dr. Najmi's clinic, validated through user acceptance testing
