Abstract
This study aims to describe the process of internalising the value of tawhid through the activities of Taruna Melati 1 Cadre Training of Muhammadiyah Student Association in PC IPM Paciran. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The subjects of this research are the facilitator team which includes; Master of Training (MoT), Assistant Master of Training (As-IoT), Imam of Training (IoT) and participants of the PC IPM Paciran Cadre Training. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, then analysed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
The results of this study indicate that the process of internalising the value of tawhid through the Cadre Training activities of the PC IPM Paciran is carried out through three stages, namely 1) The value transformation stage is carried out by resource persons and facilitators who are only limited to providing knowledge to participants through tawhid material sessions, giving cultums and reading the book of fathul lubbab, 2) The value transaction stage is carried out by speakers who open discussion sessions and also provide examples of attitudes related to the value of tawhid to participants. In addition, it is also carried out by facilitators who hold Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sessions and provide examples of attitudes related to the value of tawhid to PKTM 1 PC IPM Paciran participants, 3) The value transinternalization stage is carried out through example by the facilitator so that it becomes a habit that can be applied by participants during PKTM 1 activities. These habits include getting used to praying in congregation, getting used to dhikr, praying and getting used to good attitudes. Apart from that, the facilitator also provides assessments covering the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.
